Lumi is a personal productivity app designed to help users manage daily tasks and build habits while keeping their data private.

Your privacy is important to us. Lumi is built with a privacy-first approach: your data stays on your device, and we do not collect personal information.

Lumi does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data.
 

Specifically, Lumi does not:

• Require user accounts or registration

• Collect analytics or diagnostic tracking data

• Use advertising networks or trackers

• Operate external servers or databases

• Share data with third parties
   

All information created within the app is stored locally on your device.
 

Local Storage & Offline Use
 

Lumi functions entirely offline.
 

Your tasks, habits, settings, and related app data are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple’s device storage systems. Data is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
 

If you enable Apple services such as iCloud device backups, your data may be included in those backups in accordance with Apple’s policies.
 

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
 

Lumi may offer optional in-app subscriptions.
 

All payments, billing, renewals, and subscription management are handled directly by Apple through StoreKit and your Apple ID account. We do not process payments ourselves and do not have access to your payment information.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple account settings.
 

Third-Party Services

Lumi does not include:

• Analytics SDKs

• Advertising SDKs

• Tracking technologies

• Third-party data collection tools
  
   

The only third-party service used is Apple’s StoreKit framework for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
 

Children’s Privacy

Lumi does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any users.

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, Lumi is designed to minimize privacy risks for users of all ages.
 

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app or applicable legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
